Coming from the wonderful city of Braga, Portugal, Elitium was formed during the year of 2011. Thirsty for extreme music, the band releases their debut EP titled “Transcendence” in the following year. Still looking for a more refined sonority, the band releases the next EP “Ataxia” in 2014. After lots of work, song writing and rehearsals, it’s finally time to present their debut full length, 9 years after the previous release.
Having matured their sound and reaching a much higher level in song writing, execution and extremity, Elitium finally presents their best effort by far, the debut album “Wrong”, to be out on Gruesome Records.
In this album, the band delivers an aggressive and complex sonic Death Metal assault with a modern twist. An Insane, face-ripping and heavy-pounding treat served on a silver platter of uncompromising extreme soundscapes!
Influenced by bands like Dyscarnate, Ingested and Thy Art Is Murder, “Wrong” is rightfully presented with a muscular sound production, wild tempo variations and groovy rhythms all in one.
